Holiday Party
My son enjoyed a special night at his daycare a couple of weeks ago. He sang a holiday song with a few of his classmates. Then they enjoyed a very yummy meal. The cupcakes was a real hit. Finally he wished a Merry Christmas to his teacher.

Christmas Break
Christmas Break has started for me. Last Friday was my last day with my students. The kids are still in school. Today is there last day. I've been able to catch up on a lot of stuff; especially my scrapbooks. Today will include more cropping in my scrapbooks and chilling on the couch.

In time for dinner
Ahhh. There's nothing better than a night with our neighbors; especially when they're cooking. Kay Kay made a yummy pasta dish with broccoli rab and a spicy turkey burger mixture. She paired it with a Beringer chardonnay. After dinner brought relaxation as we listened to some Holiday music, a warm fire, and more Beringer. Merry Christmas.

Learning to Blog
Wow. This is kind of fun. My friend Amy told me how to change my template. I did it all by myself. I'm so excited. Next I'm going to figure out how to put another picture in my blog. So stay tuned.

A visit with Santa
Riley, Griffin, our friend Andrew, and I went to get a picture taken with Santa. We went to the Fair Oaks Mall. The theme this year was Polar Express. There were snow globes that had scenes inside of them from the movie. The large snow globe had fake snow falling. That was pretty neat. The line wasn't too long either, we only waited about 25 minutes. Once we got up to Santa the kids shared their Christmas wishes, smiled, and we were on our way. Then we went to get pretzels from Auntie Anne's.
